Villa Primatice

Villa Primatice is a traditional French manoir built around 1910. The Villa (and the adjacent street) is named after famous Italian painter, Francesco Primaticcio 1504-1570 who painted for the King of France and in particular painted important rooms in the Chateau of Fontainebleau. Like many old French homes, Villa Primatice has a special charm and beauty. However, at the same time it needs special care and attention to keep the home in a good condition. We have owned the home for the last 19 years and have spent many happy years here. We are now temporarily living in the USA and do return to Villa Primatice for short stays during the year. We are sure you will enjoy living in Villa Primatice.

The communal areas on the ground floor and include the kitchen, dining room, living room, washer/dryer room and all outdoor areas with a beautiful front terrace. All the rooms are located on the second floor. We have a small guest room with a single bed that can be used by a friend/family member for a few days.
