Nestled in the charming village of Grez-sur-Loing, just a short 10-minute drive from the INSEAD campus, Maison De Grez offers a unique and exceptional coliving experience for INSEAD students.
Maison De Grez is a magnificent 19th-century mansion providing a comfortable living environment for up to 16 INSEAD students. The main building features 16 private rooms spread across four floors, designed and furnished with the same attention to detail as Maison Fleury and Maison Demaizon.
The garden-level floor of Maison De Grez is dedicated to a range of shared spaces that are designed to foster community and collaboration. These include a spacious living room with a bar area, an oriental salon, a spa/jacuzzi, a gaming area, and a gym room. All these spaces lead out to a vast 8000-sqm garden, with a private access to the serene Loing river.
One of the highlights of Maison De Grez is the picturesque old orangery, which houses an exceptional XXL kitchen and dining area. This fully equipped kitchen, complete with multiple fridges, ovens, cooking stoves, and ample workspace, allows for simultaneous cooking by several chefs. The banquet-like dining table can accommodate up to 40 people, creating an inviting space for collective activities and shared meals.
Maison De Grez also offers a range of additional amenities for your convenience and enjoyment. These include a TV room with home theater and Netflix access, which can double as a coworking space, and a fully equipped laundry room with multiple washers and dryers.
Private Rooms:
Each private room at Maison De Grez is equipped with an individual access code for enhanced security and privacy. Rooms are thoughtfully furnished with a queen-size bed featuring storage space below, a wardrobe closet with hangers and shelves, a built-in study desk with a comfortable designer chair, a cozy reading corner, a cold kitchenette with a small fridge and kettle, and, of course, a full private bathroom with toilet and shower.
