Located in a typical building of l'Eixample, with elevator and views on Gran Via, one of the main avenues of Barcelona.

This apartment has a total of 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It is the first apartment where we applied the concept of double kitchen, two kitchen spaces in the same room so that our students can cook their best dishes together.

The apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona, just in front of the UB campus in Plaça Universitat. You will live a few minutes away from Passeig de Gracia, which is one of the most important avenues thanks to the numerous modernist-architecture works. In its surroundings you will find one of the best-known and most important shopping areas in the center of Barcelona, such as Plaza Catalunya and Portal de l'Àngel.
